I’m gearing up for the big season, starting with an appearance at the Annual Hooley held by the Alexandria, Va. chapter of the Ancient Order of Hibernians. The event is Saturday, March 9 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at the Basilica School of St. Mary, 400 Green Street in Old Town. Tickets are $30 for adults, $10 for children, available at this link.

Then comes the main event. On Saturday, March 16 and Sunday, March 17, I’ll be at The Celtic House Irish Pub and Restaurant, 2500 Columbia Pike in Arlington — 5:00 pm to Midnight Saturday and 3:00 pm until I pass out on The Big DayTM. Publicans Michael McMahon and Rolando Canales have just opened the new Whiskey Bar downstairs which features one of the most beautiful had-carved bars I’ve ever seen. You have to see it for yourself!
